In this training we discuss an action plan to arm you with the mindset and tools you need to help your players achieve. We also delve into the mindset needed going into the drills and exercise section. We look at how you can maximize every minute you have with your players as we work to set up your organization and team plan of attack. In addition, we look at how you must manipulate "The Comfort Zone" to allow your athletes to continually make upward progress.

Warm Up: Theory & Strategies
The warm up is one of the most important periods for your athlete's development. It increases athlete readiness, reduces injury and boosts performance. Get your pencils ready for this video as we will be going through drills and warm up configurations. This video should be watched first to give you a good base understanding of warm up drills to follow.
14 Minute Warm Up: Drills & Instruction
We go through a 14 minute warm up with a couple of my athletes. This video consists of drills with instruction which I will pause to give more instruction regarding each drill.
20 Minute Warm Up
Here is a 20 minute warm up with a junior national team. I use this warm up with a good Bantam or Midget team, a high school academy, college team or even our pro teams. I let this video play while I talk over the warm up so you can get a good idea of the ebb and flow of this 20 minute warm up uninterrupted.

Arm Care & Throwing Program: Theory & Strategies
We will look at the fundamentals for shoulder and arm care. Then we will review warm up exercises for the shoulder as well as exercises for strength and stability. Plus we will go through throwing programming with examples.

Deadbug Exercise
Introducing abdominal and core exercises is very important for injury prevention and performance. The Deadbug exercise is a safe and effective way to start your players off. There are many benefits to performing this exercise, it promotes core stability and strength while improving contralateral coordination of the arm and legs.
